Hi, my name is Michael. Living with pain is a challenge, infact it can sometimes seem insurmountable, both for you and your loved ones. It takes its toll, both physically and emotionally. How do I know? Because I have been living with chronic back pain for the last twenty plus years. 
 
A sports injury in the late nineties left me with long term pain. I struggled with coming to terms with my condition for several years, believing a cure must be around the corner. I tried everything from doctors to physios, therapists to acupuncturists, and anyone or anything else suggested to me in a vain attempt to stop the pain. 
 
It wasn’t until I accepted that my pain was never going away, and that I had to change the way I did things, that I restored my life to a successful balance. It’s been a long journey, with lots of learnings along the way, but I now live a full and adjusted life and you can too. It took me a while to come to grips with my new life, but I promise you, it is possible. We can do this together, you’re not alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way, helping, supporting and encouraging you.
