We establish a Telephone Coaching series of sessions and after each one, you will receive a video via email of Darren with all the main points you discussed, including any techinques he has asked you to go through, so you can see the things we take for granted when face-to-face. This will definitely increase what you would get out of a normal telephone conversation as you will pick up on his gesticulation and facial movements your subconscious would see when together.
If you have been given any techniques to employ in the days before your next session, Darren will go through them briefly in the video so you can see how it should be done.
Should you have been given any activities to perform, Darren will explain a little more about them in the video so you maximise your understanding, giving you more than a normal telephone coaching session ever could.
