This is a very simple process: every week, we agree a time and you call CYL and we begin our Coaching.

I will be listening for specifics within your speech, including voice tone, cadence, pitch amongst others. I will also be listening for congruence in what you say.

Using this technique we will be able to explore many facets of Coaching from your belief structure (no religious connotations) to your every-day goal setting methods.

But the most important thing Telephone Coaching offers for the Coached is an unbiased, non-judgmental ear into which you can say anything you need with full confidentiality. Sometimes having someone to act as a sounding-board is more therapeutic than 5 hours of counseling!
