1-2-1 Sessions and how they work

The first 30 minute session is always a discovery session and is always free. You may love our approach to Coaching, or you may wonder what it's about. It's not a problem.

Face-to-Face Coaching

Face-to-face is our preference for Evolutionary Coaching as both the Coach and the client get the most out of each session when we are able to see the other person. We instinctively pick up small nuances in our facial expressions and body language, and it's useful to both of us when working on specific tasks for Coaching as rapport is important for the mutual trust within a Coaching session. These are £55 per hour. The preparation work we do before and the email support is free.

Video Coaching - Evolution of Coaching

The added value one gets out of seeing the Coach is immeasurable. With this latest offering from CYL, it is the client who gains the most from the new way of interacting, especially for those clients who live a long way from CYL. This is the Evolution in Coaching. If you would like a small example, please send us an email. The price for Video Coaching is £60 per hour.

12 Step Master CHANGE Programme

This 6-Month Programme from CYL is the latest proven process for establishing lasting change in one's life. The full 6 month course is priced at £750 (+VAT) for which you get a folder full of printed material (153 ring-bound pages) and 12x 90 minute sessions with the Coach of your choice. Telephone Coaching is also available and is equally as beneficial for some clients as face-to-face is for others. This allows the Coach and the client to develop a different kind of rapport: one which will continue to grow over time into a mutually beneficial and trusting relationship. These are £35 per hour and include unlimited free email support.

Seminars and Training Courses

Seminars and training courses vary in price as per the content but you can guarantee they will always be between £50 and £300 per person per day. The 4 day Diploma is £395 per person for all 4 days. The 16 day NL Practitioner course is £1,500 per person. All prices exclude VAT.
