What does this mean I hear you ask?
Well, it means that what you think about will come about. How does this work? Have you ever noticed that when you think of something happening, like calling an old friend and suddenly they call you out of the blue? That's part of it.
Most people will be saying: if this is true, how can I attract more money into my life? How can I get more wealth and prosperity?
But most people think about it in the wrong way: they think about "debt" and it doesn't matter whether it's getting out or getting in, you are attracting debt to you.
The Law of Attraction says you become what you think about most, but you also attract what you think about most. Every thought has a frequency and can be measured. It's a signal that goes out to the Universe who accommodates your wishes. It doesn't matter that they are not what you want: it's what you are thinking about the most.
Here's the problem: most people are thinking about what they DON'T want and they are wondering why it shows up over and over and over again. The Law of Attraction doesn't care about whether you perceive something to be good or bad or whether you don't want it or do want it. It's responding to your thoughts. So if you're sitting there looking at a mountain of debt and feeling really bad about it, that's the signal you're sending out and that's what you're going to get more of.
When you look at the thing that you want and say "Yes" to it, you are activating a thought and the Law of Attraction is responding to that thought and bringing you things to match it. When you are looking at a thing you don't want and saying "no" to it, you are not pushing it away: you are actually activating the very thought of what you do not want and now the Law of Attraction is lining those things up for you also.
What you feel, will be. Whatever it is you're feeling is a perfect reflection of what it is in the process of becoming. So, if you stub your toe on the way out of bed, your day tends to be a process of negative events. How do you stop it? A simple shifting of your emotions can change your entire day. Choose how you feel. What you focus on with thought and feeling is what you attract into your experience whether or not it's something you want.
Happiness is a state of mind, not a result of circumstance. It's really important that you feel good. It's this "feel good" signal that goes out to the Universe and starts to attract more of itself to you. The more you can feel good, the more you will attract the things that help you to feel good.
We are creators of our respective Universes. Whatever we wish will manifest itself in our life. This is true with our life, our love life and our health. No-one else can think for us. Only we can think for ourselves.
You've heard of the "placebo effect"? What the mind believes, it creates. If you have been told you are suffering from dis-ease, then you need to de-stress your life and your mind will bring to your Universe the healing your body needs. Dis-ease cannot live in a body that's in a healthy emotional state. Happier thoughts lead to, essentially, a happier bio-chemistry which leads to a healthier body. Negative thoughts and stress seriously degrade the body and functions of the brain. Remove physiological stress from the body and the body does what it was designed to do: it heals itself.
We can all feel sorry for ourselves at times, but if we take a moment to actually realise that we have so much to be grateful for, it immediately changes our perspective on what is good or bad about our lives right there and then.
I invite you to try the very next time you are feeling down: become grateful for what you have.
So I invite you to learn to become still and take your attention away from what you don't want and place your attention on what you wish to experience. When the voice and the vision on the inside become more profound and more clear and loud than the opinions on the outside, you have mastered your life. This is not about getting the world to be just as you want it to be. You are here to create the world around you that you choose, while you allow the world as others choose it to be, to exist also.
