Through Coaching you capitalise your strengths, balance priorities, take a step back from the detail and view the bigger picture. As your Coach I will focus on your agenda and your success. As your Coach I will be a catalyst for change and together we will focus on creating strategies for moving you to where you want to go - fast. We will create a momentum for faster results.

Let's begin with a few questions. I don't need to know the answers to these, but it would be worthwhile if you did. Feel free to copy them down and print them out. Take your time and really think about each answer. You'll be surprised at what you come up with.

  44. Who could you talk to who would illuminate this issue?
  45. Who should you be hanging out with – so that achieving this goal becomes natural? (i.e. who’s already doing it?)

  47. What are three actions you could take that would make sense this week?
  48. On a scale of 1 to 10, how excited do you feel about taking these actions?
  49. What would increase that score? (e.g. handle fear, clearer steps, more support, more fun)
  50. What would Tony Robbins do in this situation? What would “massive action” look like?
  51. What will happen (what is the cost) of you NOT doing anything about this?
