I host an evening of "WEALTH I.Q." training which involves playing the game "Ca$hflow 101" by Kiyosaki. I understand that the majority of the wealthy in this country achieved their wealth via property or owning a residual-income business. My goal is to help you understand how YOU can achieve this goal, and in the shortest amount of time possible.

It doesn't matter if you have thousands owing on a credit card or thousands in the bank, I believe I have the answer to help you achieve overwhelming wealth. Come and be a guest in my home and enjoy a game of Ca$hflow 101!

This is a fantastic game that over a period of a few months, playing once per month actually changes your attitude towards money, risk and wealth. And for those who are wondering, NO, it's not like Monopoly at all!!

The Game

Cashflow 101 by Robert Kiyosaki teaches you the basics of managing your cash flow and the strategy of buying assets to produce passive income so you can escape the rat race. You have to keep track of your finances using pencil and rubber and the pre-printed templates for your Income Statement and Balance Sheet. You soon get the hang of it though plus I'm here to help and guide you.

You could play this game as a solo player, though it's more fun to play in a group – and you get the benefit of other players' help. This is how it works:

Each player gets a rat playing piece, and you take it in turns to move round the ‘rat race' circle (as seen above), landing on various squares according to the role of the dice. Maybe you'll get the chance to buy a property or a stock – or maybe you'll waste your savings on a new television.

When you land on an investment square, all the players can discuss whether you should go for it or not. This is a co-operative game. All the players try to help each other out. In fact the discussions are an important part of the learning process as you collectively work out the pros and cons of a particluar deal.

The cost of an evening is £20 per person (up to 6 people) and a game usually lasts for three hours. Yes, I think it's value for money too!
