What is it?

This NEW way of Coaching by CYL gives the client and the Coach a structure from which to work. This has the benefits of allowing both to see the progress being made and to establish just exactly what it is each wants to get out of it.

With this step-by-step method of structured Coaching, climbing the ladder to success will be easy!

  8. Projection - all communication is projection
  9. Responsibility – the foundation for freedom
  10. Questions – the answer to everything
  11. Long Term Goals – what would you really love to do?
  12. Purpose – true meaning in life

Welcome to coaching!!

What you are about to start, and continue for the next 6 months, is a personal development program that is tailored to your individual needs. This isn’t just another self-help book you read and nothing happens. This is a fun, interactive, and an unbelievable learning and growing experience! As the name suggests: Coaching Your Life will be paramount.

This program will work for you!

CYL uses proven, tested and scientific techniques that have worked for hundreds of people already, from housewives, CEO's, small business owners, artists, accountants, lawyers, doctors, and everything in between … It works!

This program is not based on guesswork. It comes from years of study and is based on a number of different methodologies, from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming, to the philosophy of Yoga and more.

If it wasn’t for the countless authors, mentors, coaches, and seminars I have had the good fortune to see and hear, I wouldn’t know half of what I know today and be in a position to relate my interpretation of the best and truest of this wisdom, combined with what I know from my experience of Coaching with you.

The information contained in CYL's coaching sessions includes the findings of masters in the field of human peak performance and personal development (and masters they are). Through reading books, going to seminars and IMPLEMENTING what I have learned I have been able to build up a wealth of knowledge about what I feel is the best of the best. The key to true knowledge is to combine the information itself and my experience of applying what I learn.

And for this I am eternally grateful…. People like; Anthony Robbins, Bob Proctor, John Grinder, Richard Bandler, Tony Grant, Brian Tracey, Dan Millman, Dr John Demartini, Louise L Hay, Allan Pease, M Scott Peck, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer and many, many more. They have all paved the way in so many different areas, and I must thank all of them for their continuing and vibrant contributions to our understanding and own
mastery of life.
